At Parental Choice, it is our goal to cut through the noise and provide information, guidance and advice to relocating families. The expatriate experience can and should be a wonderful adventure, and we at Parental Choice seek to alleviate the stress of the relocation to allow families to have some fun along the way.
We work closely with our clients to ensure that their needs are fully identified at the start of the process, continuing to communicate closely throughout to ensure that the identified needs are fully met.
From experience, we have found that the best way to provide clear assistance and advice to families is to first identify the type of childcare that is the best fit for the children and for the family. This may be in-home care, a part- or full-day daycare, or a more structured nursery or preschool environment to help prepare the children for formal education. Finally, we will always consider the family’s budgetary requirements to ensure that suggested options are realistic for our clients.
Once the appropriate form(s) of childcare has been identified, then we are able to provide guidance on specific options. If this includes nurseries/ pre-schools, we will also provide guidance on the geographic areas that fit the family’s residential and lifestyle preferences, together with transport links for working parents and school bus timetables (if appropriate) for commuting children.
Finally, we compile information to assist the family’s orientation into their new home city, which can be as detailed or as high-level as required.
